Closing month, after completing my 67th semester as an educator, I hopped in my automobile and drove clear of the schoolyard for the final time. After 34 years, I’ve determined to transport on from my profession in schooling and transition full-time into working similar ventures. It’s the place my interest is, the place my pleasure is, and the place I think I will be able to are living my maximum functional existence. In essence, working is not only one thing I do, it’s who I’m.

Previous this week I plunged headfirst into my new existence. My plan at this level is to mix my staying power training apply at CTS with my writing right here at iRunFar and my non-public podcast, “Crack a Brew with AJW,” to cobble in combination a residing.

As 2024 dawns I sit up for seeing lots of you available in the market at the trails and on the races. I sit up for sharing my adventure with you, and likewise listening to about yours.
