I’ve recovered from my SI joint damage sufficient that I will now pedal status up for longer classes. I hadn’t discovered how a lot I’d overlooked it, this can be a just right exercise and stress-free. So I took my Vado upright over to the Coyote Creek path. Close to the paved path, there are a large number of off-road sections, used principally by way of equestrians and walkers, but in addition nice for off-road cycling. The trails are well-packed with few ruts, very best for my low technical talent. I spent a pleasing hour over there on a pleasing morning.
