  • 4 medium russet potatoes (about 190g every)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, crumbled
  • 1 bag Quest Ranch Tortilla Chips, overwhelmed
  • 4 bitter cream
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and get ready a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pierce potatoes with a fork and position them onto the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour (or microwave for 10 mins flipping part manner).
  3. Let cool for 20 mins. Minimize the potatoes in part lengthwise and scoop out the middle, leaving ¼ of potato.
  4. Each and every potato part will have to weigh about 65g. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Flip the oven to broil and bake the potato skins once more for three mins, turn over and bake for an extra 3 mins.
