    unsweetened almond milk

  • cup / 80 g
    reduced-fat (2%) undeniable Greek yogurt
  • ½
    cup / 80 g
    chopped recent strawberries (or different recent fruit)
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    undeniable low-sugar granola

  1. Upload Shakeology, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a small bowl (or sealable container); stir to combine.

  2. Best with almond milk; combine neatly.

  3. Quilt; refrigerate for no less than 1 hour or in a single day. Retailer refrigerated in an hermetic container for as much as 24 hours.

  4. When able to serve, position part of chia combination in a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar; best with part of yogurt, part of strawberries, and part of granola. Repeat with final chia combination, yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
