This gluten-free Vegetarian Pozole Verde is in accordance with conventional Mexican flavors on this hearty stew, which has a recent addition of cauliflower and chickpeas. You’ll get it at the desk in half-hour for a wholesome, scrumptious one-dish meal.

  • ¼ cup chopped recent cilantro
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges
