Velocity Adjustments + Assist Me Come to a decision!

Velocity day! I used to be excited to meet up with my good friend within the image beneath at the left. She ran 2:32 at Boston and is on hearth!
This exercise is more or less complicated, so I’ll do my highest to give an explanation for!

3 x 1-mile pace trade (100m FAST/100m flow ((now not simple however now not all out)) adopted through a flow mile prior to beginning the following mile of pace adjustments.
