  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice (30 mls)
  • 1 Tinned blended beans, rinsed & tired (400 grams)
  • 2 tsp Taco seasoning, salt decreased (2 grams) 
  • 3/4 cup further mild bitter cream (200 grams)
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped (200 grams)
  • 1 Tomato, chopped (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels, recent or tinned, tired (80 grams)
  • 1/2 Pink onion, thinly sliced (50 grams)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander recent parsley, chopped (10 grams)
  • 1/4 cup Not obligatory jalapeno chillies, sliced (48.01 grams)
  • 1/3 cup Not obligatory reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated (50 grams)
  • 1 Packet of undeniable corn chips (175 grams)
  • 1 Lime, sliced (80 grams)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash 1 ½ avocados and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, in combination, then put aside.

  2. Chop the remainder avocado, squeeze final lemon juice excessive to steer clear of browning and put aside.

  3. Position the ready beans in a bowl, booking roughly ¼ cup for garnishing, and mash with a fork, combining with the taco seasoning, then put aside.

  4. Reduce baking paper to hide 80% of the serving board. Unfold the board lightly with the three dips- avocado, beans and bitter cream, in separate horizontal traces.

  5. Best the dip trio with cucumber, tomato, reserved beans and avocado, corn, onion, recent herbs, jalapenos and cheese.

  6. Serve with corn chips or toasted wholegrain wraps at the edges of the board and
    garnish with lime slices.
